This blade was chosen as a top pick for cutting speed and smoothness of cut among a field of 19 quality blades, and won the top honor for flatness of cut. We having been saying for years that this carbon steel blade leaves a smoother kerf than other popular brands we've tested, and their welds are the best we've seen in general-purpose blades.
