I have a Ridgid 14 Inch Band saw which is good for cutting the blanks for Bowl turning but would get in a bind due to the blade "Twisting" in a heavy cut. I read the reviews on the Carter products and thoght that the price was a little high but decieded to buy any way. That was one of the best decisions I've made concerning my woodworking hobby. After a few minor adjustments I'm amazed at the improvement these guides made. Wonderful is a great way to describe the functional improvement. Solved all my band saw problems and I very strongly recommend this product to any and every one.

Bought this and the fence, Kreg KMS7200 Bandsaw Fence, and my brand spanking new bandsaw, JET 708115K JWBS-14CS 14-Inch 1 Horsepower Woodworking Bandsaw with Graphite Guide Blocks, 115/230-Volt 1 Phase. Without doing anything special, this blade cut very well with no drift. I was not even using a resaw guide. I cut 4" redwood 1/4 slices and 1/8" slice of 4" walnut.

It is supposed to be 93 -1/2" but it is 94-1/2" actually, and so it is impossible to use on my band saw that is 93-1/2".
