I was looking for plastic/rubber mats for my kitchen, rugs get stained and are hard to clean. I saw a set of kitchen mats that cost $300 a set and the reviews said that the edges curled which made them a hazard. I later saw a sample of these and indeed the edges were curled. So I searched some more and found these and they were $42 a set and are excellent. They are much better to stand on than a floor and very easy to clean. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is that I wish they came in other colors. These would be very good for the shop also. For the money you can't go wrong.

Mat works, yet it's not as thick as the more expensive alternatives, so for the price it's great. My feet were getting tired after hours in the kitchen and when I looked at the gel pro mats I loved them except for the price. I looked for a less expensive alternative and decided on this one also because it's longer and covers a greater area of my kitchen. I admit the black mat doesn't look great in the kitchen and every crumb that falls on it is noticeable, but it's easy to clean and easy to roll up. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and I would recommend it as a cheaper alternative to the expensive gel pro. In the end, it does make a difference for my feet.

My husband fits and drills bowling balls and stands in a small area for long periods of time. Not only does it save the mess on the floor, but this mat is great on his feet. He loves it.
