Comment: The 3/4" 3 TPI blade is the widest blade that will run properly on my 14" taiwanese bandsaw. It is best used for straight, green or dry ripping of boards or logs (or resawing etc). Seems to hold edge well if not forced during cuts. I use a blade lube stick on my blades which also seems to hold the cutting edge better over time. Will probably buy this brand again.

Comment: I LOVE Jet tools. My shop looks like a Jet store. Note that all of my Jets are upgrades from another brand that didn't hack the program. My shop, my choice! However, when I upgraded to a Jet 16 inch bandsaw from a Craftsman boat anchor, I mean bandsaw, I thought, I'll get a couple of blades to go with it. I mean Jet Premium...Wow!
Wrongggg. These blades are of the same quality that can be had on the discount aisle at Wally World. They come to you sharp, but they dull quickly. One of them was so lopsided it made my brand new Jet 16 shake like a bowl of jelly. I ended up "storing" the blades in a dumpster. I bit the bullet and bought a Timber Wolf blade. The shake stopped, the blade ran true, and it has stayed sharp as a razor. The difference in these blades is pronounced. If you are getting the Jet blades, don't. If you are buying a Jet anything else, do. BTW, I've used Lenox blades and other high dollar blades, none of them cut as well as the Timber Wolf.
