Case seems ok but like the metal cases much better. Band saw fits in case well and has spare blade storage.

Any real craftsman that has a garage full of tools knows the importance and value of having dedicated carrying/storage cases for their power tools.

That being said, some tools--like a Porta-Band saw is the kind of power tool that simply does not sit well in a standard tool box along with the power cords, pipe wrenches and single jacks. If you're going to spend top dollar on your tools, you have to protect them with the proper carrying case.

Although I sleep better knowing that my handy dandy Porta-Band saw is sleeping in its own case, I wish that Milwaukee would have made this case so that the saw actually fits in it better. It's about 95% a custom fit.

Milwaukee makes several different models of saw but within their own groups they're pretty similar. The trouble is that Milwaukee made a few changes to their saws but failed to revise their carrying case. As a result, there's a part of the saw that conflicts with part of the case.
