Milwaukee 6232-6N Deep Cut Band Saw with Case

This is a great saw, but even though the description clearly states "Blade included: Yes" it does not actually come with a blade. Once I pointed this out to Amazon they quickly credited me for a 3-pack of blades I purchased at the same time as the saw, but if you want to use it the same day as it arrives, order some blades with it.

My mod. 6232-6N Milwaukee Portable Band Saw came to me without a blade. I checked my vendors website. It shows a saw with a blade in place. The paper packaging on the new saw shows a blade in place. The wording on the packaging says"Contains: 6232-6N Band Saw, Carrying Case". No mention with or without a blade. My vendor said to call Milwaukee because the saws come to them that way ever since they started making them in China. I called Milwaukee Customer Service. Required several tries to get a live person. Explained situation with absolutely no satisfaction or explanation refused to send blade because their Customer Service was not capable of sending me a blade from their dept. I suggested that I felt that a company the size of Milwaukee tools could find a way to send me a single band saw blade if they decided that they want to.
